The Relationship Between Lower Respiratory Tract Microbiome and Allergic Respiratory Tract Diseases in Children

Similar to those in the upper respiratory tract, there are microbes present healthy human lower tract (LRT), including lungs and bronchus. To evaluate relationship between LRT microbiome allergic diseases children, we enrolled 68 children who underwent bronchoscopy from January 2018 December affiliated hospital of Capital Institute Pediatrics. Using total IgE (TIgE) values, were divided into two groups: allergy sensitivity (AS) group non-allergy (NAS) group. Nucleic acid was extracted samples bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) groups taken during treatment 16S rDNA gene sequenced analyzed. The results showed that Haemophilus , Moraxella Streptococcus Prevotella Neisseria Rothia detected all patients. There a statistically significant difference composition distribution microbiota AS NAS ( p < 0.01). Analysis correlation clinical indices TIgE positively correlated with Bacteroidetes negatively . Absolute lymphocyte count absolute neutrophil or percentage neutrophils Cardiobacterium functioned similarly intestinal microbiome. That is, decrease microbial diversity change could lead an increase symptoms. especially Bacteriodetes diseases.
